Registration begins on May 28th, but only for players with a minimum rating (see below). Players who do not meet the minimum rating requirement may register from June 4th onwards.
During phase 1 only players with a PDGA-Rating (or D-Rating if resident of Germany) of at least the number listed in the following table are qualified.

During phase 2 anyone can register.
We will give away up to 18 wildcards. If you want to receive a wildcard, please send an e-mail with a short description of why you would like to get one.
Please pay no later than 14 days after you registered. If we do not receive your payment or hear from you otherwise, your spot may be given away to someone else. If you are on the waiting list, please do not transfer any money until you get a mail telling you that you got a spot. If you are not on the waiting list, please do transfer the money, we will not sent out confirmations in those cases. Your spot is secured if you are listed as a player on the list and have paid (or if we agreed to let you pay upon arrival).

If you would have to pay extra fees in order to transfer the money to a German bank account and would like to save those fees, please contact us before the end of your payment deadline.
If you have to withdraw your participation before June 18, we will refund the full players fee.
Fees for a money transfer will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
If the tournament has to be cancelled, you will get a full refund of your players fee.
