Privacy statement

Your entered data will be send to the tournament organizers by unencrypted e-mail. The fields "First Name", "Last Name", "Division" and "Country" will be published on this web page. Your full name, division and your pdga number will be send to the pdga, together with your results and (if you win any) the amount of prize money won.

We are currently required by local infection protection regulation to document who participates at the tournament. For that reason we need your first name, last name, address, e-mail adress and phone number. Those information will be sent to the local health authorities in case an infected player or helper has participated at the tournament. We will not use those information for any other purpose (except if stated otherwise below/above).

Your e-mail address will also be used for tournament purposes (either to contact you in case of problems/questions or to send out news about this year's tournament edition) and will not be shared unless we have to due to infection protection regulation measures (see above).

Furthermore, we note for every player, wether the spot is confirmed. That will be the case once we have received the players fee or granted an exception due to high transfer fees.
