Registration

To secure a spot for the tournament, you have to complete two steps:
1. Online–Registation here on this webpage
2. Payment of the tournament fee

10 spots are given away as wildcards, 30 Spots have been reserved up to four weeks before the tournament (May 22nd) for players from other countries. You are fully registerred once we received both your money and your online registration. The starting spots are given away in the order we receive the payments (first pay, first play).

Tournament Fee

The tournament fee is 15 € for the juniors division and 30 € for everyone else. The fee must be transferred to the following bank account:

Please indicate your name when transfering the money. You only have to pay the tournament fee in advance, other costs (e.g. lunch) can be paid upon arrival at the tournament course.

Cancellations

In case you have to cancel your participation, you will receive a refund according to the following scheme:

Up to 6 weeks before the tournament (May 8th):
full refund.

Up to 3 weeks before the tournament (May 29th): >
15 € refund (juniors 5 €), players package will be sent to you.

Up to 1 week before the tournament (June 12th):
10 € refund (juniors 5 €), players package will be sent to you.

later:
no refund, players package will be sent to you.

Players on the waiting list will of course receive a full refund even after the tournament, if they did not play.
