Registration for phase 3 started on April 5th.

Pleease note that phase 1 and 2 are shortened to only one week each this year.

Registration Process
Registration started on March 22nd. We will have three phases of registration this time. For the first two phases you needed to have the required ranking (PDGA rating if living outside of Germany, D-Rating if you are a resident of Germany). If you register too early, we will ignore your registration and you will have to register again later.

Phase 1 (March 22nd – March 28th)
Phase 1 is over.

Payment (see below): no later than 14 days after registration.

Phase 2 (March 29th – April 4th)
Phase 2 is over, too.

Payment (see below): no later than 14 days after registration, unless you are on the waiting list.

Phase 3 (April 5th – June 17th)
During phase 3 anyone can register.
Payment (see below): no later than 14 days after registration. While you are on the waiting list, you do not have to pay until you get a notice that you got a regular spot. You can pay early, but it will grant you no advantage (but there is no disadvantage either).

Wildcards
We will give away up to 18 wildcars. If you to receive a wildcard, please send an e-mail with a short description of why you would like to get one.

Payments
To secure your spot, we need to receive your payment on time.

Please pay no later than 14 days after you registered. If we will not receive your payment or hear from you otherwise, your spot may be given away to someone else. If you register after June 1st, please either transfer the money at once or get in touch with us. Do not transfer money after June 10th please, pay at the tournament instead.

If you would have to pay extra fees in order to transfer the money to a German bank account and would like to save those fees, please contact us before the end of your payment deadline.

Withdrawal and Refunds
If you have to withdraw your participation, we will refund you the following, depending on the date of your cancellation:

• cancellation until May 15th: 20 Euro refund
• cancellation until May 31st: 10 Euro refund
• if you cancel later, you will not get any refund, but we will hand over the players package to a participant of your choice or sent it to you by mail (only within Germany)
